GM Proposal Process Streamlining

Love the intake form/template because it helps proposers organize their thoughts and requires an action. When filling it out for the Conviction Voting module, a few ideas came up that could be worth discussing to slightly reduce friction:

• I noticed a few minor discrepancies in phrasing between the PR template and the google form
• Part of my experience was that, as I was filling out the form, some of my answers felt redundant between questions, so I ultimately stopped filling out the form
• Perhaps this could be mitigated by providing an example and/or decomposing the questions so that they are more specific to eliminate any redundancies
