Metadata Update #90
Comments
Sorry, Recently I am busy doing some internship, and thus having little time contributing to the open-source community. I have checked the Dataverse and found that only DXYArea.csv is available on this site, many other files are missing on the site. For If there is no automation, I suppose people interested in these data can directly come to GitHub to download the data, rather than reach out for a 3rd-party & less-frequently updated site. |
Hello,
Thanks for your willingness to contribute.
Please register in CoronaWhy Dataverse https://datasets.coronawhy.org/ and
you will get the necessary permissions for editing your dataset.
Then please add relevant metadata - description and keywords to your
dataset.
This is an example of a dataset with good metadata
https://datasets.coronawhy.org/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.5072/FK2/TZMOTL
Thanks

For adding the relevant metadata and keeping the dataset up-to-date, do
you mean I should do the job manually, or there is some API or something
else that can help me to automatically do the job?

Hello,
Your dataset was added to CoronaWhy (https://www.coronawhy.org/) Data Lake on Dataverse as a piece of common COVID-19 data http://datasets.coronawhy.org/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.5072/FK2/SZ1OHV
Would you be willing to help with the maintenance of your dataset in Dataverse, e.g. adding the relevant metadata and keeping the dataset up-to-date? That will help to make the dataset findable and accessible for the medical science community.
