Create earn thresholds per chain, set FTM to 5000

The earn threshold should be based on the withdrawal fee we receive from the strategy. This is currently 0.1%. Average Fantom earn costs ~$1 in gas, a 0.1% withdrawal fee would earn $1 on $1000, if we target 80% profit, and assume FTM stays around $1, earning when there is 5000 FTM of deposits outstanding makes sense.
