Release Note for version 2.3.0

New Functionality

  • iSkyLIMS API

The following main changes in this release are:

  • Increase the maximum length to 80 chars for "sampleProjectFieldName" at SampleProjectsFields class.
  • Include new field "sampleCollectionDate" when record a new sample
  • Fixed issues :
    • #93 Create new statistics on requested services
    • #97 Run crontab process does not wait for demultiplexing files

Requirements for upgrade from version 2.2.2

  • Install new package drf-yasg in the environment (pip install drf-yasg )
  • Update the settings.py
  • Update main urls.py
  • Update apache configuration
  • Make migration iSkyLIMS_wetlab
