Expand "Discussions" to accommodate Q&A

May we please expand "Discussion" section to accommodate Q&A and some other things (currently it is only restricted to polls). Just now I posted a question as bug (which technically it is not) - #2537. I would have been more than happy to post this in discussions if I had an option. Please look at Semantic Kernel repository for an example: https://github.com/microsoft/semantic-kernel/discussions.
