Reported by Dr. Hans Georg Richter (Jorgo)

In testing out INTKEY,
ISSUE03: upon opening my test database a error message appears with both
language versions (de, en) that reads "Invalid button definition. File name,
commands and shorthelp are required. See the help for DEFINE BUTTON for more
details". I checked the TOOLBAR.INP files but could not find any fault there.
After clicking OK the database opens immediately.
Using INTKEY for identification I noted another problem which I have not seen
commented in the ISSUES on your website (I might have overlooked it, though).
