Add refresh button (CUI toolbar?)

There is currently no way to manually refresh the timeline view. The only option is to close and reopen the parent item. One potential solution is to add a button to the relationship tab form, however a CUI toolbar would look better. It could also include buttons to directly open the item's workflow process form and/or sign-off report.
