Digest Redshift through inheritance.

Make a base digest redshift class which includes both the digesting as well as the selecting (if no z exists, if other z sources exist etc), and possible also for example elasticc sampling.

Include method ._get_z() which returns both redshift(s) and zource. Other units inherits and calls this method.
