In CZI, exposure time for each channel can be found at ImageDocument/Metadata/Information/Image/Dimensions/Channels/Channel/ExposureTime. In OME, ExposureTime is recorded as an attribute on Plane. Plane can have AnnotationRef as a child, and this can be a reference to a channel. We should use this to capture exposure time.
