Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently Youtube buffers in Thorium just 30 or so seconds most of the time via the dash protocol, with no option to adjust this.
Firefox seems to have an option to adjust this, while hidden in the about:config.
Describe the solution you'd like, including relevant patches or source
It would be nice if Thorium could increase the base value above 30 or so seconds and also allow the user to modify this value. Especially when on 4G this low buffering causes a lot of playback issues.
