Lil' Ragnaros (item 68385, npc 51600) appears among the available pets.

Expected behavior
Expected behavior would be that this is true, unfortunately it's not, no Lil' Ragnaros in the In-Game Store for Cataclysm Classic.

Yes, I see, an update of "InGameShop.lua" with a mount, and another pet (Soul of the Aspects) for P4.

So, indeed, in the original Cataclysm 14 years ago these pets were available and maybe the creator of the patch has information on Blizzard's future strategy that I don't have, but for now, no, no Lil' Ragnaros in the In-Game Shop for Cataclysm Classic, and no Heart of the Aspects mount either, unfortunately (for Retail yes, but not for Cataclysm Classic).
