The idea to refactor the giab report started with this ticket. The response was mostly incorporated into the giab_report.py refactor. There's also a simple plot with a seaborn barplot.
For most plotting, I've found that seaborn has been fun and easy to do plotting on pandas DataFrames. Pandas is automatically installed with Truvari. Seaborn will need to be installed separately.
