Error in the SPA tutorial - LoG-based auto-picking

Hi,

there is a small mistake in the SPA tutorial:
LoG-based auto-picking
The text is:
Positive values, i.e. high thresholds, will pick fewer particles, negative values will pick fewer particles.

In the Relion GUI it is correct.

I fixed this for 4.0 and 5.0 (we no longer maintain 3.1).
