"Replace the default Windows emoji fonts" method only installs "Segoe UI Symbol with Twemoji" and not a modified Segoe UI Emoji #148

According to the instructions: "Windows 7, 8, 10 use emoji from both Segoe UI Symbol and Segoe UI Emoji. We need to replace both fonts, but keep the existing symbol characters from Segoe UI Symbol." and "This package contains an install script that will generate both fonts (or in Windows 7, just Segoe UI Symbol) and install them for you." However, when I run the .cmd, it only ever generates and prompts the installation of a Segoe UI Symbol font, but not a Segoe UI Emoji font. There is also a WARNING that says "Dropped cmap subtable form font '0': format 0, platformID 1, platEncID 0". I don't know if that is relevant. After the cmd window finishes, none of the twemoji appear on windows.
