Display a message before the race

Many people know the URL https://friends.100kmsteenwerck.fr/ and are going to visit before the race but either there is no contestants in the system, either there are just a few contestants left over from previous tests (as it is right now).

Could we display a message like "ce site sera opérationnel le <date> au matin" until the day of the race ?

Added a small PR to mention that on the main page.
Alternatively, should we just sync the database now, and resync it on Wednesday morning?
People would like to get their teams ready before the race, and most of the contestants are already registered, no?
